Orange County based progressive rock band Anemoria are driven by intricate guitar work and vocals that take you on a ride.
Anemoria started in June of 2017 – after a couple shows they were in the studio recording their debut EP.
Personally, upon multiple listens I hear something new each time. I can draw comparisons to bands like Gatsby’s American Dream and Circa Survive easily, and that’s certainly not a negative thing.
If you’re a fan of powerful music in general, this is a band you need to give a listen to.
“We’re influenced by many ends of the spectrum and we pull all those influences together to create our sound. I’m personally influenced from Michael Jackson, Anthony Green. The other dudes are influenced from the likes of The Fall of Troy, the Mars Volta and The Strokes. We all just mesh it together and create Anemoria!” – Joey Holiday
