The Dirty Pennies have been hard at work ever since we got to know them almost exactly a year ago.
This blues/psychedelic rock band are back with a new single, “I’m Your Man”.
It’s easy to make comparisons to big rock outfits like Queens of the Stone Age but what I started to notice was a shrouded similarity to Sex Bob-Omb from the movie Scott Pilgrim vs. The World.
It’s a type of 70’s rock nostalgia with a touch of modern influence from bands like The Strokes.
Simple riffs that make you head bang regardless of time or place are the driving force in this new release.
