Flowerless is a 26 year old singer/songwriter from Toronto.
In the past, he has written with the likes of Paul Marc Rousseau (Silverstein) and Brendon Padjasek (Northlane). He cites both of those bands as being deeply influential to him and his decision to start making music.
In May of 2020, Flowerless was preparing to release his first official single, “Origami”.
Just a few days before the track dropped, Billy Talent began sharing the link to his cover of “Worker Bees”.
This beautiful case of perfect timing resulted in 9K streams on “Origami” in it’s first week out.
His new two-part single, comprised of the tracks “Tuesday” & “Sorry”, was just released today. The single as whole is about making an uncomfortable phone call that never came to fruition.
“Tuesday” is the portion of the story where Flowerless goes to make this painful call only to be met with a voicemail.
“Sorry” is about the argument that never happened. What would have been said if that call had been answered?
While exploring themes of self doubt, paranoia and confidence, Flowerless crafts a perfect mix of R&B and indie rock.
