Marilyn Manson has toured pretty consistently throughout his career. With the upcoming release of his tenth studio album, Heaven Upside Down, came another world tour that started just a few days ago.
Three nights into the run of dates, at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, Manson had to be carried off stage on a stretcher. During his performance of “Sweet Dreams” he begins to pull on two giant fake guns that served as one of his stage props and things went horribly wrong. The whole prop installation quickly fell over onto the singer and his band mates and some of the stage workers tried to lift it off of him. This of course led to the show being cancelled and now fans are wondering if the tour will be put off until further notice.
Right now there is no word on Manson’s condition other than he was taken to the hospital directly after this incident.
