Kidd Kwest has been a very good friend and supporter of Teal Cheese from the very beginning. One of my first posts, if not THE first post I wrote was my interview with him. It seemed only natural to ask him to make a playlist for us that encapsulated the year. So here is it, Kidd Kwest’s 2014 (AND our FIRST guest) Playlist!
I asked Kwest if he had anything he wanted to say and I will give you the message I received verbatim: “It was a good year for the underground. A horrible year as far as most of the mainstream stuff. Fuck the industry.” And I think that about sums it up perfectly.
