Top Six Most Anticipated Warped Tour Bands

As everyone has heard this is going to be the last year for the cross country run of Warped Tour brought to us by our very own Kevin Lyman. The rumors are that even though Lyman claims this is supposed to be the last year that there will be a Warped Tour but it will be more like a music festival set in only one or two cities in America. So lets recap on some of the bands that we have had the pleasure to grace the stage of the infamous Warped Tour.

Waterparks

Waterparks is a next gen pop punk band coming to us from Houston, Texas. Awsten Knight, Geoff Wingington, and Otto Wood get their influences from bands like Blink 182, Fall Out Boy and Saves the Day. They have been to Warped Tour before in 2016 and also have a couple of EPs produced by indie label Equal Vision Records. Benji Madden produced their EP in 2016 as well as albums by Good Charlotte and 5 Seconds of Summer. In 2018 the band rejoined Benji Madden to produce their full length album that came out in 2018. Payale Royale is a band that comes out of Las Vegas, NV and is known as a fashion art rock band but don’t let that scare you away. Their music is fun and has an upbeat feel to it. Their music can also been known as glam rock or brit rock. Remington Leigh, Sebastian Danzig and Emerson Barrett formed the band in 2011. Doll Skin is killing it as an all female band. They are from Phoenix, Arizona and have toured with bands like HELLYEAH, The Dead Kennedys, Lacy Sturm, Social Distortion, OTEP and many more. The band formed in 2013 and is fronted by female singer Sydney Dolezel. Their music influences come from NOFX, Bikini Kill, Paramore, Refused, Rancid, and Paramore. They come from Chicago, Ill. and have a killer sound. Zech Pluister, TJ Horansky, Jake Marquis, AJ Khah and Luke Fischman formed the band in 2012 and their music influences come from Knuckle Puck, Real Friends and Goodnight City Lights. Janick Thibault is the lead vocalist of Story Untold and has been the main support of the band by releasing popular pop punk songs through YouTube. The pop punk band comes from Montreal, Canada and started recording music in his bedroom. Janick Thibault than called up his friends Jessy Bergy, Max Cloutier, Aiden Von Rose and Jonathan Landry and the rest was history.
