“Make Me” is a song recorded by American singer Britney Spears featuring rapper G-Eazy for Spears’ upcoming ninth studio album. The song was finally released on July 14, 2016, after being delayed due to production difficulties. In March 2015, Spears reported that she was recording new material for her next album. It was initially reported that the song would be released in May 2016 and she would perform the single at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards, followed by an album in June. However, due to production difficulties, the song was delayed until the summer. The song was finally released on July 14, 2016, on to the iTunes Store for digital download. The music video is directed by David LaChapelle who previously directed the video for Spears’ 2004 single “Everytime” and began filming on June 2, 2016. David LaChapelle is known for his obscure and surreal portrait photography of celebrities, so this video should be interesting.
